Ultimate Pet Care began as a simple dream – born from my love for animals, a strong cup of coffee, and the desire to build something meaningful with my wife, Petru-Marti. What started as a single mobile grooming trailer has grown into a trusted name for pet parents across the country. But at its heart, it’s still just us and our extended UPC Family – passionate about caring for animals, building a brand that feels personal, and creating a service that brings peace of mind (and clean pups) to your doorstep.
What makes UPC special isn’t just the convenience – it’s the care behind every visit. We’ve built our team around people who love animals as much as we do, and every franchise is run by someone we’ve personally trained and trust. Our trailers may look the same, but behind each one is a story of someone passionate about pets and proud to serve their community. That personal connection is what keeps us grounded, no matter how much we grow.
Every groom, every client, every muddy pawprint – it’s all part of a journey we’re proud of. And there’s still so much more ahead.
The dream has since expanded in a day care for dogs located in the East Rand, Benoni – Ultimate Pet Care Doggy Day Care – that looks after over a 1000 pets per month. Mostly for day visits but also for stay over. Services also include Puppy /Socialisation and obedience training.
Ultimate Pet Care also celebrates its own shampoo, conditioner, perfume and ear cleaner range. Our hypoallergenic product is monthly used on over 6000 pets – by professional groomers and also pet owners. Product available online (link)
